Local Area Deliveries

Local Area Deliveries are packages delivered during normal routed delivery times (10a to 5p) to our local delivery area.  Requests for special timed deliveries will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
Every attempt will be made to honor your request.
Charge for this service is $9.95

Extended Area Deliveries

Extended Area Deliveries are handled with the same conditions as above but include further suburbs including but not restricted to:
Waukesha, Sussex, Pewaukee, Menomonee Falls, Brown Deer,
River Hills, Fox Point, Glendale, St. Francis,Cudahy,
Charge for this service is $10.95

Special Timed Deliveries

These deliveries must be ordered by 3pm the previous day and be approved by phone.  Only deliveries in our local delivery area will be approved.  These are all timed deliveries which need to be delivered by or after a certain time. At least a one hour window must be given either before or after time given.  No “at” times will be approved.  This category includes Sunday Funeral deliveries.
Charges for these services range from $15.95 to $29.95

Delivery Policy

If recipient is not home at time of delivery an attempt will be made to leave package with a neighbor and a door will be tagged with this information.  When this is not possible the package may be left in a protected area and door noted.  We will be responsible for packages left in this manner  but only for replacement of the package if damaged or stolen.
